Even though their is a full and mini GoXLR, what is needed and how it’s setup is almost identical. The only difference is the GoXLR mini is powered by USB only, where the full version has a dedicated power adapter.

Important note: The guides that are going to be listed below might not apply to you, depending on which PC you have your GoXLR connected to via USB. Some people like to have the GoXLR on their gaming PC so they can utilize the SoundFX, voice changer, and app volume control when they aren’t streaming. Others like to connect it to the streaming PC, so they can control different app volume for streamer related tasks. It’s 100% up to you and your preference.

How does it work?

• The GoXLR and GoXLR mini will be the main device that interfaces your two PC’s together. It will allow you to listen to both of your PCs at the same time, as well as send your microphone to both PCs at the same time. You will use the two 3.5mm cables to connect device to device, so your mic can go from PC to PC, and both PC sounds can be heard in one headset.

• Hum destroyers or ground noise loop isolators (most likely needed)
