Nowadays this is probably the worst way to do dual-pc audio. It’s complicate, limited, and will drive you nuts. Don’t go this route unless you know what you’re doing or you absoultely have to. Please.

How does it work?

• The analog mixer will plug into your streaming PC, and will act as a master interface and controller for both PCs audio. Both of your PCs audio will output into the mixer, usually over a 3.5mm to dual 1/4” cable. One for each PC. Your headphones will then plug into the mixer itself, so you can hear both PCs at the same time. You can also use this mixer for your microphone, using the mixers AUX SEND or FX SEND channels to output your mic to two places at once. It’s awful. Why are you reading this? What do I need?

• x1 analog audio mixer of choice, preferably with 4-8 channels
• Lots of audio cables
• Hum destroyers or ground noise loop isolators
